GCEA’s 2024 negotiations for both Unit I and Unit III produced some of the largest historical salary increases for GCPS employees, along with additional contract language to enhance the previous negotiated agreement. The ratification documents are now available for review by GCEA members. The documents include a one-page summary sheet that highlights the ratifications major updates, along with the entire ratification outline. Please note, these changes take effect on 7/1/2024, for contract years 2025, 2026, 2027.
